It makes a big difference in RPs like this, where there are specific rules that need to be followed (e.g. you'll find the Med version does stuff like her somehow knowing things about you and what's happening to you, where she's actually not supposed to know what's happening on your side (because how would that work?)). But, I know a lot of people hate the thinking text, so the Med version is available for those who don't mind the occasional regen/correction when something doesn't make sense.
