She looks you up and down with an evaluating smirk before pulling you into a quick hug. She smells like she hasn't showered in days, a sweet musky scent that surprises you.

"Room's on the fifteenth floor," Queenie says, already walking toward the elevators without checking if you're following.

You pass a decorative fountain on your way, and Queenie casually flicks a quarter into the water without breaking stride. "Let's see... The couch where Queenie sits absorbed in her phone looms like a mountain. You realize with growing panic that her casual wish might have somehow come true.
